Who we are

NAAV Financial Services Ltd is a Licensed Microfinance Institution (MFI) based in Kasangati, along the Kampala–Gayaza Road. We exist to give hardworking entrepreneurs, salaried employees and community groups access to fair, timely and affordable financial services.

From group lending secured by solidarity and collateral savings, to individual business loans and salary loans recovered conveniently through check-off, every product we offer is built around one promise — growing together with our clients.

Beyond credit, we provide savings and fixed deposit products, business advisory, bookkeeping support and financial literacy training, so our clients don't just borrow — they build lasting financial strength.

FINCAPRIDE BankURA

Prince Ngobi Alex founded NAAV Financial Services Ltd with a conviction that accessible, responsible credit — paired with honest advice — is the surest way to grow communities from within. Before founding NAAV, he built his financial and regulatory expertise across leading institutions — in lending and microfinance at FINCA and PRIDE Bank, and in taxation and compliance at the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA). He also holds the Tax Technician Certificate (TTP) and Integrated Tax Revenue Administration Training (ITRAT) from URA, and the Certificate of Proficiency (COP) from the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).

Under his leadership, NAAV has grown from an idea into a Licensed Microfinance Institution serving entrepreneurs, salaried employees and solidarity groups across Kasangati and beyond. His guiding principle is simple: measure success by how the community grows with us, not by what we can take from it. That belief shapes every product, every appraisal and every client conversation at NAAV — and it is what "Growing Together" truly means.
